Deposits
We do not hold dogs without a reservation deposit paid. You must have your name on at least 2 lists. There are no exceptions to the nonrefundable deposit. No medical, financial, death or any other exceptions to this policy. Once you have placed the $250 deposit you are guaranteed a puppy from a litter. There is no guarantee for gender, color, coat or size although I try my best to accommodate your request. All our dogs are sold with a strict spay/neuter contract unless you purchase breeding rights. All deposit and payments are transferable. The 4 week payment is not refundable but is transferable to another litter.

VISITATION DEPOSIT - $100.00
NONREFUNDABLE but is transferable within a year. $100 goes toward the purchase price. Make sure you fill out the form under steps to getting a puppy.

UNBORN PUPPY DEPOSIT - $250.00
NONREFUNDABLE but is transferable within a year. $250 goes toward the purchase price. An additional $250 is due when the puppies are born. Balance is due at 8 weeks old.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT - $500.00
NONREFUNDABLE but is transferable within a year. $500 goes toward purchase price. $250 is refundable is you change your mind before the litter is 4 weeks old. This deposit will hold a specific puppy or litter for you until you can visit or pick up.

RESERVATION PUPPY DEPOSIT - $750.00
NONREFUNDABLE but is transferable. $750 goes toward the purchase price. Balance is due at 8 weeks old.
Credit Card Disclaimer
All credit card payments have a 4 % credit card charge. Deposits are transferable for one year and can only be transferred two times.
The deposit for unborn puppies is $250. Once the puppies arrive an additional deposit is required.
